What products do you use for fillers?
My go to product is Teoxane, which is an award winning product which achieves excellent results. Other brands can be used at clients request.

How long do fillers last?
Approximately 9-12 months. However, I would recommend regular top ups every 6 months to maintain the result

How much volume of filler is needed for first time Lip Augmentation?
1ml is always a good place to start with the majority or people. This is enough to inject the vermilion border (for definition) and the body of the lip (for volume), So if you want to create volume + definition 0.5 ml will not be enough.
After having my lips done, when should I get them done again and how much volume?
6 months is a good time for a top up. If you wish to achieve the same size after the first treatment then 0.5 ml would be recommended. If you wish to increase the size, 1 ml top up would be needed.

Does Dermaplaning make the hairs grow back darker/ thicker?
No, the hair will grow back exactly the same as it was prior to Dermaplaning

Do you use numbing cream?
Yes I use numbing cream, usually only for fillers (patients can have it for Toxin treatment upon request). The syringe of filler also contains local anaesthesia to help with pain. So the more volume injected, the more numb they will feel.

Do I need to have a consultation first?
I offer free consultations for all treatments. For Anti Wrinkle injections a consultation is required with myself and my Nurse Prescriber to asses if clients are suitable for treatment. We also require this consultation so we are able to issue a prescription for the treatment. For fillers, no consultation is necessary, but clients are able to have one if nervous/ have lots of questions.

How long do Anti Wrinkle Injections last?
They can last 3-4 months. The results can start wearing off gradually anywhere from 4-6 weeks, Results very much depend on clients lifestyle, age and aftercare.

What is the minimum age for treatment?
18 is the minimum age. If you are lucky enough to look under 18, you will be asked for I.D. if necessary.
